In law, we all have the right to life, travel, speech, privacy, property and access to our money. I will never impose on your bodily autonomy by asking you to take a vaccine or test to enter my studio. I will never close my studio on the direction of the corporation known as the government.
“Our precious life here on earth is not to work for governments or pay taxes or have outside bodies controlling our free consciousness. We are here to reclaim our own inner sovereignty, to realise who we really are – free spirited beings, manifesting the most important relationships: with ourselves, beloved ones, family, dear friends and our beautiful Mother Earth who continues to love us into existence. Life is short – Love everything.”
John & Julia Scott
As we rekindle the relationship with ourselves, we raise the vibration of our new earth and our new way of being in it.

Introduced to yoga in 1998, Ellie fell in love with it when she was 18. She went on to complete a 500 hour/3 year teacher training course with Ruth White who was trained by BKS Iyengar (founder of The Iyengar Institute and creator of the rope wall) and started teaching in 2003. Ellie opened Yoki Studio in 2007 near Cobham in Surrey U.K. where she installed a rope wall.
Ellie's background is teaching Iyengar & Ashtanga inspired yoga classes with a strong anatomical and alignment focus, Ellie studied for many years with Diane Sage. Recently Ellie has been teaching with more freedom and flow, inspired by her current teacher Julee Yew-Crijns. Ellie blends static rope work with her own rope flow creations and regular mat based poses to create a unique teaching method. Drawing on over 20 years of knowledge and expertise to give her students a personal and engaging yoga experience. Ellie's experience ranges from teaching beginners to teachers and everything in between.
"Yoga is both a haven and a passion in my life. I love the idea that people can come and escape the busyness of life, and after a few minutes of focusing intensely on their body, forget the world"
"It is important to me that people have fun in my class and feel engaged with what they're doing. I encourage people to not take themselves too seriously in class"
Ellie has overcome her own challenges in life and yoga, reiki and yoga philosophy has helped along the way.
She has overcome a mild scoliosis (curvature of the spine) through dedicated yoga practise.
"One of reasons I love Iyengar yoga is because of the alignment focus and technical instructions both of which have helped me manage scolios

"One of reasons I love Iyengar yoga is because of the alignment focus and technical instructions both of which have helped me manage scoliosis. Yoga, and in particular, the rope wall really helps to keep me symmetrical.
When I take on a new technical instruction, often it doesn't make sense until I practice with it and FEEL IT IN MY BODY and hence a new neural pathway is made. I love discovering deeper and deeper layers of body awareness"
Leading up to my surgery to remove a tumour that I’d lived with for 7 years, and working with my reiki healer Judith, I asked the question -what is this illness here to teach me? Leading up to my surgery to remove a tumour that I’d lived with for 7 years, and working with my reiki healer Judith, I asked the question -what is this illness here to teach me? I was able to find peace and gratitude for the opportunity to experience brain surgery and, believe it or not, felt blessed to be going through it. I am thankful for all that having the tumour has taught me... to fly fearlessly into the unknown, to trust in myself. I reassessed my priorities and prepared myself to enjoy the quiet time my recovery would force. For so long, I had believed that my healing would be nutritional, until I realised my healing was mental, emotional and spiritual. Too much emphasis is put on cancer being an enemy we have to battle, when the opposite attitude is required for true healing. I discovered that when I ceased regarding the tumour as my enemy and looked beyond the fear, it gave me a unique opportunity to build trust in myself and others.
I would never opt for chemo again as it is nothing but poison that the medical industry make money from and it did nothing to supress the growth of my tumour but did give me a year of absolute hell.
Instead I will continue healing emotional trauma, fasting, using cannabis oil, breathwork, nutrition, detoxing via my terahertz device because they make me feel good and allow my body to heal itself.

I wasn't aware that I was suffering with anxiety until I had my second baby. I remember thinking one morning while meditating "what is this thumping in my chest?" I was very anxious all the time and still struggle with balancing my family and work life. Juggling between running my business, being a mum and keeping my house ticking over takes a lot out of me. My studio is the sanctuary at the bottom of my garden, as soon as I walk in the door I am back in the present moment. Yoga has the same effect on me, as the teacher, as it does on the student- to unify mind, body and soul because there is no where else to be but deep in my own body, sharing my experience of yoga, in the breath I'm taking at that moment.
"I came to you for the first time yesterday morning. I have to say a huge thank you for making the experience an amazing one. Its the first time in literally years that I have felt so regenerated. Ellie, I promise you as stupid as it sounds I think it was life changing. Thank you"
"I thoroughly enjoy your classes, yes, this happens even when I am tired and grumpy. I love yoga and the fact that I do what I love in a company of a fabulous teacher is fantastic. I must have done something good in the Karma world to get this in return"
"I relish every class I have with Ellie not just because of her depth of knowledge and understanding of yoga but also because of the way she imparts that to us in such a personal and genuinely caring way"
